The Chaska Area Jaycees run approximately 20-30 projects throughout the year designed to give back to the community, the chapter and its members. As the #1 organization for young indivduals between the ages of 21-40, we strive to build a strong local chapter through community based projects. However, as we run projects we have the opportunity to develop leadership skills in time management, communication, public relations, individual development.

The Jaycees, focus on 4 Areas of Opportunity, in which, we run projects:
Community Area, Business Area, Individual Area and International.
