We are thrilled to announce our recent merger of the Chatham Borough and Chatham Township Newcomers Clubs to form the Chatham Newcomers and Neighbors Club. We are a non-profit, social organization that will help to welcome you to town and introduce you and your family to your neighbors.

If you are new to the area we would like to congratulate you on your recent move and hope that you are happily settling in to your new home. If you have lived in Chatham for years our new club welcomes you. We offer a variety of social events and other opportunities to get involved in your community.

The 2005-2006 year promises to be an exciting one filled with ladies’, men’s, couples’ and children’s activities such as Book Club, Bunco, evening dinner group, members’ night out and children’s playgroups to name a few.

Some of the special member events planned for the coming year include the Kick-off Family Picnic in the fall, a holiday party in December and a local charity fundraising event in the spring.

The Chatham Newcomers and Neighbors Club offers the opportunity for you to become as involved as you wish, from attending some of our many events to participating in various monthly activities or volunteering to hold a position in the Club.

We know how important it is to feel welcome, meet new friends and learn about the community. Please join us at a hospitality coffee to learn more about The Chatham Newcomers and Neighbors Club. The coffees are held monthly at the home of a current member. They introduce new members or perspective members to our Club and explain all of the activities that we have to offer.
