Our Mission

The mission of Christ Community Church is to join God in what He is doing to see His Kingdom come fully to Lake Charles and beyond. To this end, 1) We share God's love, proclaim His message of forgiveness, and work with Him to transform people who are disconnected from Him into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. 2) We glorify God through our life together as a worshiping, praying, ministering community. 3) We work with God to reestablish His reign in the human structures of our city and nation.

Vision Statement:

We believe that God has a special place in his heart for cities. As we read the book of Acts, the gospel was generally spread from city to city. We believe that God desires to establish his Kingdom in Lake Charles. Therefore, it is the vision of Christ Community Church to see the multiplication of disciples, leaders, ministries, and churches within our city so as to see God's Kingdom come to each heart and life. We take culture very seriously. We be­lieve that cultural diversity is a part of the plan of God and that most people come to Christ from within their own culture.
