Citizen Corps includes several volunteer programs which offer free training. These include the Community Emergency Response Team, Citizen's Homeland Security Council, Sheriff's Mobile Auxiliary Response Team, Aviation Security Volunteer Program, and the Rail Auxiliary Team.
