Cobblestone Creek Farm

CSA members will enjoy a variety of vegetables each week, mid June through Thanksgiving. With over 35 different varieties, each week promises to be an adventure for your family meals.

We start the season with rhubarb and spring greens. Using high tunnel production, our tomatoes, peppers, summer squash and zucchini begin the first of June and continue to Thanksgiving. As the summer progresses, vegetable varieties become more bountiful, colorful with a rainbow of bell pepper varieties, and full of flavor and nutrition.

While share boxes are prepacked, additional vegetables will be available for purchase as the season and harvest allow. You'll be able to purchase extras of the vegetables you especially love or pick up quantities for your freezer.

Cobblestone Creek Farm is a third generation farm on the fringe of Syracuse, NY. Once a dairy and large scale grain farm, Steve and Diane Eggert have transitioned the farm back to its origins of raising vegetables for direct consumer sales.

Using environmentally sound practices that protect the water and wildlife, and build the rich fertile soils of the farm, Steve and Diane raise a bountiful variety of high quality, flavorful vegetables and herbs that are offered at the farmers markets in Hamilton, NY.

Starting in 2010, Cobblestone Creek Farm will be offering their farm's bounty through CSA shares. CSA members will receive a weekly box of vegetables, grown and harvested fresh each day.
