Summit Campus has extensive Developmental Studies and English as a Second Language programs. Students can prepare for college-level classes in the technology-based learning lab at the Dillon Center.

Summit Campus is also home to one of the few apprentice-based culinary programs in the country.  Summit Campus is proud of its Culinary Institute where culinary students learn from award-winning chefs and work in five-star restaurants "on property" at Keystone Resort.
