The Community Action Center of Northfield's mission is to promote a healthy, caring and just community for all people through resources, advocacy and volunteer effort. We provide services to our neighbors in need and make a difference in the lives of families and individuals.  We meet basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, and provide crisis support, transportation, and services designed to facilitate neighbors helping neighbors.
