The Core IP geolocation API provides all the location information of the Basic API and adds detailed ISP and connection data. The Core IP API includes information such as autonomous system (AS) details, ISP and organization name, and type of connection.

The Extended IP geolocation API provides all the information of the Core IP geolocation API and adds sensitive security data to help you protect your web site or infrastructure against cyber attacks.
