The Meyer Gallery opened in Park City in 1965. Founded by Darrell and Gerry Meyer, it was later purchased by their daughter, Susan Meyer Jones. In 2001, Meyer Gallery opened a new location in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Mariam Alaskari Diehl became the Director of the Meyer Gallery in Jackson in 2002, and purchased the gallery from Susan Meyer Jones in March, 2005. With the change of ownership, the gallery changed its name, becoming the Meyer-Milagros Gallery. The Meyer-Milagros Gallery continues to offer the highest quality of art and level of service for which the original Park City Meyer Gallery has always been known.
The Gallery is dedicated to the promotion of national and international contemporary art. We cater to the taste and trends of the sophisticated Jackson art market and the Gallery's discerning worldwide collector base.
Meyer-Milagros Gallery strives to contribute to the constantly evolving world of contemporary art by showcasing the work of both world-renowned and emerging artists. Some artists showing at the Meyer-Milagros Gallery are unknown when first exhibited, not only to the general public but also to the commercial art world. Many of these artists are subsequently offered shows by galleries and museums internationally. In this effect, the gallery not only highlights recognizable work by established artists, but also encourages and promotes the development of new artists
