Founded in 2005, Dress for
Success Pittsburgh is an independent
affiliate of an international
nonprofit organization
that has served over
500,000 women around the
world.
Our programs focus on providing
a continuum of support
and opportunities for
low-income women to compete,
advance and support
themselves and their families.
DFS Pittsburgh operates
three cornerstone programs
aimed at assisting women in
crisis and/or time of critical
life transition: Professional Clothing Assistance, Professional
Women's Group (PWG)
and Career Center.
DFS provides women with
interview clothing and once
the job is secured, the clients
return to DFS for workplace appropriate
clothing needs.

Our branch, located in the First Niagara Building at 2 West Main St. Suite 202 in Uniontown, has served over 600 women since opening its doors in July 2008.

We are a volunteer-driven organization, relying on the generosity of individuals donating their time and talents to DFS.

We also accept donations of new and gently-used work appropriate women's clothing, jewelry, accessories, unopened  make-up, handbags, and shoes. Donations can be dropped off anytime Monday-Friday.
