Faith is essential, because it is in God's grace through faith that we're even here. He has seen fit to assemble His body of believers to exalt His son, Jesus Christ - the One whose death and resurrection gives us peace with God and the hope of heaven. You will find that faith in His grace is a common thread that runs through every expression of our worship here.
The Bible is central, and not just in our name. It not only defines us, it teaches genuine fellowship within the church family. As members of one body, we seek to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. The Bible teaches as light in our community, we're a place of peace for those in chaos, a fortress of forgiveness for the repentant, a tabernacle of truth in a world of lies, a refuge of rest for the weary, and a haven of hope for the hopeless.
Church, however, is paramount because of its absolute and utter uniqueness. While "Faith" and the "Bible" define who we are, the "Church" is mandated by God as revealed in His Word. It is His designation for the assembly of His called out people, and not just any calling, but called out by His name. The Church is the pillar of truth in our society and we are committed to fulfilling that call...while our course has been charted by God; our purpose has been planned by God; and all of our duties have been ultimately defined by God in and through His Word!
