Vision Statement :
The First Congregational Church of Rochester, Wisconsin, gathers for Worship, for Fellowship, and for Outreach for the betterent of our community and our world for the glory of God.

In Worship, we will strive to offer an inspiring, spiritually fulfilling service where the music is uplifting and the message is relevant to today. We will encourage lay participation of both adults and children, we will pray for the joys and concerns of each other and we will greet each other with love as we recognize God's blessings and enjoy the Lord's sacraments. We will further strive to grow in our faith through the study of the Bible and discussions of life issues that are spiritually challenging.

In our Fellowship, we will support each other and encourage each other to use our gifts for the ministry of our church and the car of all. We will gather in love and joy, over meals and projects to learn and grow together. We will share in our family of faith our thankfulness for our heritage and be dedicated to our children for tomorrow. We can agree to "fight within" through our diversity of opinion and ideas, but we will stand together in our desire to proclaim the Gospel and share our blessings with others.

In our Outreach and Mission, we will work to discover the needs of our community and our world and find out nitch in which to address these. We will make every effort to reach out to our youth and the elderly, and we will do our best to once again be a strong presence in our community.
