Members and Mission 

Members of Gaylord's First Congregational United Church of Christ value diversity and seek to be open and accessible to all - a Church where everyone is welcome!   Our congregation shares  a sense of community that derives from our covenant which gathers us together as a Christian Church .... "to develop in individuals a consciousness of their relations and duties to God and to others ... to strive to express His Spirit in our individual and corporate life."

Our mission is expressed in variety of ways, from participation in UCC and Church World Service national and international relief efforts, to support of local mission efforts that include a weekly Community Meal housed at our church, support of Otsego County Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, and Friendship Shelter to name a few.
