At First Missionary Baptist Church, we believe that society cannot be changed until the family is changed. Every area of our ministry revolves around the value and importance of family and our roles as Christians within the family.

The direction of today's society is determined by the direction of the family. The Pastors find it not only necessary to teach and preach about the importance of family, but to be an example to every family, member, and friend of First Missionary Baptist Church.

First Missionary Baptist Church offers two worship services: a traditional morning service beginning at 10:30 every Sunday with Pastor Joshua Haire presiding. There is also a more contemporary service at 8:30 am with Associate Pastor Caprice Coleman.

Mid-week Bible study is every Wednesday evening beginning at 7 pm with Pastor Joshua Haire. Come dig deeper into the Word in more of a classroom setting.

The FMBC Outreach Prayer Group meets every other Tuesday evening at individual homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities - wherever the Lord leads them to minister. This is under the direction of Deaconess Betty Criswell.

First Missionary Baptist Church offers an after school program, The Creative Learning Center, from 3:30 until 6 pm every weekday evening during the traditional Moore County school year calendar.
