About Us:

First Methodist has a rich Wesleyan historic perspective, serving the Ennis community since 1875. The congregation has a unique balance of age groups and programs, emphasizing biblical teaching and preaching for all ages.  We serve the community with a willingness to open our facilities to any programming that serves the needs of the people of Ennis.

Current activities include many small groups, Children's Day Out, Pre-Kindergarten, senior and young adult programming, young adult ministries of all types, Cub and Boy Scouting, Seniors caregiver support. the children's rotation model Sunday School, strong youth ministry programs, and dynamic worship providing an opportunity to allow all  "to remember the Sabbath and keep it holy."
