The City of Perry is proud of our local airport facilities and excited to host the Fly Iowa 2013 airshow in partnership with the Iowa Aviation Promotion Group, Perry Airport Commission.

The purpose of Fly Iowa is to promote all aspects of Iowa aviation. As part of the Fly Iowa Event there will be numerous opportunities for the general public to learn, observe, or experience aviation at its best. Trained pilots will be showcasing their talents as part of the air show and presenting to the general public the specifics of their aircraft. The youth in the area has the opportunity to take part in a flight camp the previous weekend to learn the principles of aviation.
