Foggy Hill Farm produces high-quality, ecologically grown fruits and vegetables, with limited fossil-fuel input, and NO petroleum based pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. We build and amend our beautiful valley-bottom soil with compost, rather than synthetic fertilizers, and have used biodynamic preparations with great result. In the coming growing season, we are looking to incorporate more biodynamic principles, and add a passive-solar high tunnel (built from reclaimed materials) so that we may grow our spring crops earlier and fall crops later in the year. Veggies are available seasonally through our CSA, roadside stand, and currently from our friends at the Health Concern in Towson (28 West Susquehanna Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204) just 6.
