The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Campbellsport was established in 1980 and joined the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in 1993. 

 The clinic offers enhanced medical imaging and laboratory services, as well as nine exam rooms, a spacious waiting room with a special children's area and expanded parking.
