The mission of the Fowler Youth & Skate Park Committee is to create change in our community. Serve as an advocate for change in the teen community through volunteering, fundraising, sponsoring public awareness events and serving as a vehicle to organizations such as: Schools, Libraries, Teen Hangouts or any other Organization, Association, Charity, Foundation, or Committee that deals with the teen community.
