Our pastured poultry includes, poulet rouge type chicken, quail, duck,muscoby duck, heritage and white turkeys, and geese. We are an Animal Welfare Institute Certified farm. We also offer free range/pastured eggs from ducks, geese, chickens, and quail,. All animals are allowed outdoors and are treated humanely with respect. No cages, no antibiotics, day ranging on pasture, sheltered when indoors in uncrowded conditions. 100 percent vegetarian diet with added flax seed to increase Omega3 in meat and eggs. Ducks and chickens available around June 15, 2011.. We also have a limited supply of Barbarie/muscovy and geese for sale in the fall. We hatch and raise several heritage breeds of turkeys Blue slates, Sweetgrass, Bourbon red, and Chocolate as well as regular broad breasted bronze and whites, with weights from 6 to 40 pounds butchered weight.

Egg amd meat CSA available. It will include chicken, game hens, duck, guinea hen and a heritage turkey. Call for more information.
