Mission

The heartbeat of GM is people. Serving people. Helping people. Doing life together with people. Through our Missions Ministry, we love to take that heartbeat to anyone who needs to experience God’s love.

Locally, we partner with Lord’s Hands & Heart Ministry in downtown Dallas to serve the homeless. Adults and students serve a meal, distribute clothing, and share the Gospel with the families there. We also enjoy partnering with Frisco Reach Out to stock their food pantry, and provide school supplies and Christmas gifts to families in Frisco and Little Elm.

Nationally, we offer quick response when a natural disaster strikes. GM has served as a donation drop-off through the years, collecting needed resources for families who have lost belongings. We’ll then send a team of men and women, working in partnership with local churches, to distribute items and assist with necessary cleanup while in the area. We’ve served in Covington, Louisiana, Joplin, Missouri, Moore, Oklahoma, West, Texas and Van, Texas.

Internationally, we’ve served in Nicaragua, Honduras and Mexico. And at each location, we’ve experienced God’s favor and blessing with local families. In Honduras, we partnered with other ministries in the U.S. to build an orphanage and supporting businesses to grow the local economy. In Mexico, we partner with GM en Espanol and Amistad Cristiano to build churches in villages, establish a Celebrate Recovery ministry, and host Vacation Bible School for the children.

Mission trips are open to men, women and high school students. Additionally, our elementary-age students assist with packing care packages throughout the year.

We believe it’s crucial to provide many opportunities for every member of a family to get involved and serve others outside of the Church Family. And we love to see these families grow in their relationship with God, together.
