Gibbs Family Garden
Gibbs Family Garden is a small family owned and operated CSA serving the western Chicago suburbs. We provide over 40 diferent seasonal produce items on a weekly basis from the beginning of June to the middle of Novemeber. The growers, Dan and Jen Gibbs, are dedicated to providing fresh, delicious, quality produce grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides.     

We provide 10-15 different items in each box of our own naturally grown produce. Our focus is on the mealtime staples such as salad, onions, carrots, and cooking greens. We then add seasonal produce items, such as tomatoes and squash, and we then round it out with interesting produce items for people to try and enjoy, such as fennel, fresh basil, arrugula, and sweet potatoes. Every box is well balanced and planned, with produce delivered to your pick up site a day after harvest.
