The Gluten Intolerance Group is a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 1974 whose mission is to support persons with gluten-related disorders, including celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and other gluten sensitvities through consumer and industry services and programs that positiviely promote healthy lives.
