Mission:

The mission of the Goshen Public Library is to acquire, maintain, and make available materials that encourage the independent learning of residents in the city of Goshen and Elkhart Township. A concentrated emphasis is placed on stimulating children's interests and appreciation for reading and learning. The acquisition of materials, in a variety of formats, will be based on the interests, information and enlightenment of all people in the Goshen Community which it serves.
