One share receives a weekly basket with 5-7 items per week. Members can expect to eat through the season beginning with peas and greenes, moving to garlics, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers, and ending with potatoes and squash. Members also get fresh basil, cilantro, and dill through the season.

Greene Garden grows and sells the freshest and tastiest organic vegetables and pastured poultry in the Bloomsburg area. With gardens within the town of Bloomsburg itself, Greene Garden focuses on producing high quality greenes and heirloom open-pollinated varieties which are not available in stores or most farm stands.

In addition, baked goods and canned goods are produced with the rhythm of the harvest. As local strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, peaches, grapes, pears and apples come into season they are picked by hand and baked into delicious pies or preserved into delicious jellies and jams.

2011 will mark the start of our CSA. We are looking for 5 charter subscribers to evaluate our harvest from June to October.
