Harmony J.A.C.K. Farms, located in the Santiam River Valley, is a home to several families working together to raise the most nutritious products we can manage. We pride ourselves on beef, chicken, eggs, heritage turkeys, goats, and pork.

Certified organic beef is our mainstay and can be found in restaurants and health food stores in Portland, Corvallis, Salem, Eugene, and beyond. We also raise (almost famous) heritage turkeys, seasonably available. Our eggs, pork, and chicken are available year round, but in limited quantities. We love to sell direct from the farm, so please ask!

Products Our animals are raised on certified organic pasture year round. Striving to raise the healthiest, happiest and most natural animals possible, we use techniques that minimize risk and maximize production with breed choice and grazing practices. Our beef is exclusively grass fed to finish. Our steaks and roast have 10-15% less fat than typical grocery store beef, resulting in more meat for your money. Yet, because the animals are grass fed (as opposed to grain) the Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio is balanced and the human CLA requirements are met. Our chickens receive whole organic grain (no GMO) and forage on pasture. We believe we offer the best quality, most nutritious, uniquely delicious meat around, and we are constantly seeking to improve our environment, pastures, and products.

Our beef, veal, goat, and pork is harvested by a USDA inspected butcher, who processes the meat to aid in tenderness and texture. As the meat is divided among members, not all cuts are created equal; nor, will all individuals prefer all cuts. Especially in the area of steaks and roasts, packages will vary and we will aim for diversity and balance when dividing among members. Plan to try lots of cuts and new recipes that Harmony JACK Farms will happily share with you. Each share will have about 1/3 ground, 1/3 steaks, and 1/3 roasts. Limited organs available upon request.
