Harrisburg Christian Church exists to help people......

Reach Up to the God who created, loves and forgives us!

Reach Out to others with the "good news" that Jesus Christ reunites us with our heavenly Father. We seek to proclaim that truth to our families, friends, neighbors, communities and around the world by everything we do and say! And our desire is to

Grow Together in our relationships within God's Family, the Church, as we encourage, serve and worship together, and love one another!

Our Vision

We teach that all Christians are to grow to maturity as disciples of Jesus Christ.

The "Fruit of the Spirit" should characterize one who has a growing and vital relationship with God. (Galatians 5)

The Bible finds a primary place in our church. It is here that we learn of what God has done forus, and how we in turn are to relate to Him and others. The Bible is inspired by God and serves as our rule for what we believe and practice.

Our "vision" is to see Christians grow in their faith and maturity through study of the Scriptures, personal prayer and worship of the Lord, by lovingly serving others both in the church and those who are not believers, and encouraging the Church through fellowship, service and worship together as Christ's Body here on earth.
