Guidelines

· Helmets are required.

· Only roller blades, skateboards and bicycles are permitted inside the Skate Park.

· Profanity and graffiti will not be tolerated.

· Smoking, regardless of age, is not permitted in or around the Skate Park.

· Glass containers should not be used or brought to the Park.

· A waiver must be signed at Town Hall in order to use the Park.

· Hours of use will be dawn to dusk.

· Bullying or fighting will result in loss of Park privileges for those involved.

· All trash must be picked up and the skating area must be kept clear and clean.

· Alcohol and drug use is not allowed and should be reported to authorities immediately.

· Youth using this facility are responsible for policing and general upkeep. All youth should feel empowered to be responsible users – this is YOUR Park!

· It is very important that any problems be reported to authorities immediately. The success of this Park will be up to the youth who use it!

· Youth are encouraged to call 911 to report vandalism or other illegal behavior to set the tone that bad behavior will not be tolerated.
