HELP is an all volunteer organization where they take in food, clothes, money, furniture, and most anything else that the needy can use, and give it all away to the needy at no charge.  They rent the building (located at 1910 Baggett St) for $1 a month, and no one is paid at HELP. So, with a low overhead, they are able to assist a huge number of needy clients that are referred to them from DSS and churches throughout Beaufort County.
