The Infant and Family Nutrition Agency is a non-profit agency whose mission, for over 30 years, has been to improve the lives of mothers, babies and families by educating them about  breast feeding, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.  We offer free private one-on-one breast feeding consultations to new mothers and a help line that operates from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., when coming in to our office is not an option.  IFNA also offers free group nutrition classes and courses with our Nutrition Educator.  The emphasis of the classes is on healthy eating and an active lifestyle.  Please make an appointment in order to visit with the Breast Feeding consultant or our Nutrition Educator.
