Mission:

The Joice Public Library serves the community past, present and future.The Joice Public Library will provide Equal Public Access to all forms of information: print material, electronic media and all avenues which advance lifelong learning. The electronic media will be open access to the internet, online services as provided by the State Library, Inter-Library Loan, CD-ROM formatted reference materials and desk top media software for patron usage. Print material will be books, serials, pamphlets, historical records and historical photos.
