Kaukauna Clinic is an independent multi-physician family practice group providing care to residents of the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. Our board certified family physicians and nurse practitioners provide compassionate, high quality care to patients of all ages- newborn, child/adolescent, adult and the elderly.

For the convenience of our patient we have a walk-in clinic in the evenings Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day if any medical concerns come up during non-clinic hours.

To provide our patients with the highest standard of medical care the clinic has an onsite laboratory staffed by registerd laboratory technicians along with x-ray and ultrasound services staffed by registered radiography and ultrasound technologists. The clinic utilizes electronic medical records - your most up-to-date records are at the fingertips of our physicians.

The clinic accepts most national and local insurance plans including Network Health Plan ,United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Health EOS, WEA and Medicare. Our physicians admit and treat at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Appleton Medical Center.
