LOCA is a coalition of arts educators,professional artists,and advocates interested and involved in arts education for people of all ages.LOCA's instructors are among the finest professional artists in Orange County.

All are commmited to enriching the lives of the communities of southern califorinia through experiences in the arts.Our artist's work is represented at he Sawdust Festival,the Festival of the Arts,and Art-A-Fair as well as individual private galleries and studios.

Because LOCA has an extensive resources of diverse instructors with expertise in a variety of mediums,all programs ca be specifically tailored to unique needs and requests.
