LDS Film Festival

LDS Film Festival
745 South State Street

The LDS Film Festival was founded in 2001 on the idea of creating a place for filmmakers to network and showcase their family-friendly and faith-based projects to a supportive and encouraging audience.

Over the two-decades of programming, the films selected and presented by the festival have covered a wide range of trending topics, “feel good” films that uplift and inspire, as well as films with the simple intent to entertain and provide a much-needed laugh. Individuals, churches, companies, and organizations are all encouraged to participate.

The LDS Film Festival has promoted cinema as a means of conversation and perspective that often touches the heart and opens the mind. What began as a short film festival, is now a major event that showcases an impressive array of feature films, special screenings, short films, music videos, top-level panels, and keynote presenters.

Focused on helping filmmakers get to the next level, the LDS Film Festival has premiered dozens of theatrical releases and works to provide the best festival going experience possible.
Filmmakers from all faiths are strongly encouraged to participate, it is not a prerequisite to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The festival is not endorsed or owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
