Life Moves Dance Studio is committed to encouraging individuals to utilize the gifts God has bestowed upon them to minister to others and glorify Him.

LMDS uses dance as an outward expression of our faith and commitment to Christ.

LMDS uses dance and artistic creativity to positively impact the community and surrounding areas.

The staff at LMDS nurtures the whole being of the dancer, including technical training, as well as self-confidence, and spiritual growth.

​About Our Studio

LMDS opened in the Fall of 19​99 under the direction of Teresa Merritt.

Life Moves stresses the joy of dancing and the well being of each student. Dance technique and performance in our community is strongly encouraged to build a solid foundation on which each dancer can continue to grow as an artist and individual.

LMDS has continued to grow by offering new classes, and adding to the wonderful teaching staff. We are always looking to bring high quality fine arts programs to Richmond Hill and the surrounding areas.

Mrs. Teresa is looking forward to the growth of Life Moves to impact our community, and give opportunities to those interested in the performing arts.
