The Luxembourg American Cultural Society Inc. (LACS) was founded in 2004 by individuals of Luxembourg descent in America as well as citizens of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The mission of the Luxembourg American Cultural Society is to interpret and portray, both past and present Luxembourg heritage and culture, and to serve as an ongoing link between the people of America and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

The LACS is a not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) membership organization that is governed by a board of directors.The mission of the society is carried out by society members, a professional staff and dedicated volunteers.
