About Us
Luzerne Music Center is located in the foothills of the Adirondacks in the town of Lake Luzerne, New York. Our music camp is surrounded by a beautiful lake and mountains, creating the perfect setting for a memorable summer. In this ideal location, students are able to practice and perform both indoors and outdoors, as well as participate in plenty of outdoor recreation, such as swimming, boating, canoeing, white water rafting, mountain hikes, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer & ping-pong.

The Center offers an international summer music camp program for student instrumentalists, vocalists, and conductors ages 11 thru 18. We offer private lessons, student chamber and large ensemble instruction, Symphony Orchestra experience and attendance to weekly faculty recitals and professional concerts. The Center is also home to the Luzerne Chamber Music Festival series, which features professional artists from the Luzerne Chamber Players, members of the Philadelphia Orchestra and other renowned chamber artists from the U.S. and abroad. All students are required to attend these performances.
