Marlborough Youth Baseball Association is a non-profit association chartered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is administered by an annually elected Board of Directors. This board is made up of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and representatives from the other divisional boards.
Divisional Boards are also annually elected to fulfill division functions. All positions with MYBA are volunteer and non-paid. The MYBA Board meets once a month (or as required), the first Monday of each month. Currently meetings are held at the Walker Building located on Main Street, Marlborough, MA at 7:30 pm. Meetings are open to the public. Check with a board member to check the monthly meeting schedule beacause dates are sometimes changed because of scheduling conflicts
