Mission Statement and Goals:

The mission of the Marshall Regional Arts Council is to support, promote, and encourage participation and involvement of all citizens of the region in quality experiences in both the Arts and Humanities. This mission will be accomplished through the following:

Lifelong art in education opportunities

Activities supporting area artists and creativity

Providing a wide range of artistic performances

Activities that recognize the accomplishments of regional arts organizations and assist in their future development
