MVCMS is a community-based music school that began serving the Andover community in 2009 with a private lesson program.  For the last five years, it has expanded its scope of programming and services to other communities in the Merrimack Valley, including programs such as a home school conservatory, general music and recorder classes in the Lawrence public schools (where we are now in our second year serving 450 students), ensemble programs, a monthly Jam Session, school recitals and performances at the Andover Farmers Markets and assisted living facilities.

The school's mission is to provide opportunities for high quality music education and performance in the communities of the Merrimack Valley.
