Methodist Hospital, in partnership with others, will pursue a plan to continue to build and position the Hospital as a comprehensive healthcare delivery system to meet the healthcare needs and expectations of the people in the communities served. Service delivery organized to satisfy the needs and expectations of patients, businesses, and the communities we serve;

To effectively manage resources through the continuous development of systems, care processes and staff;

To provide continuing medical education for physicians, employees and other care givers in the delivery of healthcare service;

Development of appropriate organizational structures and facilities that allow for the continued growth of the individual and the organization while pursuing our excellence in service delivery.
