About Middletown Township:
Middletown Township comprises approximately 13 square miles centrally located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The Township is the third largest in the county geographically and is situated one mile west of Media, the county seat.
Originally established in 1686, Middletown adopted a Home Middletown Township Administrative Building Rule Charter system of government in 1978. The Township is governed by the Council-Manager system, a representative form of government in which the 7 elected officials set policy for the Township and the Manager oversees the delivery of all public services and programs. Middletown Township provides various
