MISSION: To research, study, write, present and promote the history of Midland County and that relationship to other history subjects.

The Midland County Historical Society preserves local records, archives, artifacts and other items for professional needs, and for future generations to appreciate and enjoy. MCHS programming includes permanent and rotating exhibitions in the galleries, summer camps and classes for youth, heritage-based presentations, community outreach programs and innovative special events.

The Midland County Historical Society is an incorporated member group of Midland Center for the Arts, a nonprofit 501(c)(3).
