The Monroeville Historical Society was founded in 1969. Its mission is the preservation of Monroeville’s precious Landmark sites for present citizens and for future generations, as well as educating residents and visitors about their distinctive heritage. They oversee four Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation treasures, including the Old Stone Church, McGinley House, McCully Log House and the Old Stone Bridge. These buildings and bridge are owned and maintained by the Municipality of Monroeville.
