About Us:

Since 1970, Mountain Valley Arts Council (MVAC) has engaged and insprired a diverse range of audiences by pursuing an innovative program of artistic exhibitions, education, publications, concerts and collections activities throughout Marshall County in Alabama.

Mountain Valley Arts Council has a long history of excellence in exhibiting and collecting local Alabama artists such as Gene Price, Nall, Anne Blue, Jennie McBride, the visual humor of Don Stewart and many more.

MVAC strives to expand the range of cultural experiences we offer through music, dance and the theatrical arts, as well as visual arts of all media.  We also seek to provide as many ways as possible to make the asrts meaningful and accessible to our entire community.
