Mission

Our own Deacon Committee is the January mission’s emphasis. Our deacons are busy throughout the year meeting the needs of our church family and the surrounding community. Your contributions to this fund help with various personal needs such as food, utilities, medical bills, transportation expenses, and rent.

The deacons take their job seriously and are good stewards of the money allotted to them. Funds are prayerfully and carefully distributed as needs arise.

You can help not only with cash donations but donations of food for the pantry are always needed. If you didn’t know, we do have a food pantry in our church kitchen. This will hopefully grow once we get into the new building. We welcome non-perishable food items at any time to add to the pantry. Feel free to ask for food if you or someone you know needs a little help. We don’t want anyone to ever go hungry.
