Mountain Valley Sportsman's Association, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is a growing club of enthusiastic sport shooters, devoted to the shooting sports. Our goal is to provide a SAFE, premiere facility for all shooters to enjoy their sports. Range hours are daylight only. No night shooting is allowed unless part of an organized match or otherwise approved by the board. Night is defined by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission is the time period 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise.  Located on 88 beautifully wooded acres are the following; Two (2) overlaying Trap and Skeet fields, a Cowboy Action "Town" complete with Western style buildings, 100, 200 and 300 yard rifle range with a 120' covered shooting area and 12 permanently mounted benches,  a 10 station Covered bay 50 Yard pistol range,  and an 10 bay Action Shooting range for IDPA, Multi-Gun, Rimfire, and Ladies On Target matches and other training classes.  MVSA encourages a family atmosphere and welcomes visitors, shooters and non-shooters alike. Visitors to the community are encouraged to  come see our facilities and participate in the events.

Mission:

The mission of this organization shall be the encouragement of sport shooting among the citizens of the UNITED STATES who are resident in our community. With a view toward a better knowledge on the part of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved marksmanship. It shall be our further mission and purpose to encourage the development of those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self- discipline, team play and self-reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship, and the foundation of true patriotism.
