The New Castle Art Center provides a creative environment where students experiment, explore, share, and learn new skills while using a variety of art materials. Increased self-esteem is as important as the beautiful final project. Each semester new projects help the continuing student build on learned skills while allowing new students to proceed from their own level.  The Art Center is located at 939 Hardscrabble Road, Chappaqua, NY 10514
