NCAC, Inc, was designated by the Federal Government and the County of Orange as a Community Action Agency to serve low-income residents in Eastern Orange County in 1965. Sinc that time NCAC has fostered the involvement of public and private sectors to help resolve significant issues that adversely impact on the lives and abilities of low-income residents.

NCAC provides a wide array of services that range from employment attainment to purchasing a home for the first time to making that home energy efficient. We are here to help.
