Mission Statement :
The mission of the North Andover Bicycle Advocacy Committee (NABAC) is to improve conditions for all types of cyclists and other human propelled or human assisted forms of transportation and recreation. Working with community leaders, NABAC supports developing and maintaining bikeways, providing bikeway connections, and promoting responsible bicycle use. As an advocate for cycling and other human propelled or human assisted forms of transportation and recreation, NABAC urges state and local legislators to support related projects in their districts, pass pro-bicycle legislation, and ensure that bicycles are included in all transportation-related legislation. NABAC supports related educational initiatives, encourages reviews of local transportation-related projects to ensure that bicyclists' needs are accommodated and works to bring together the diverse cycling community in North Andover.
